So I have realized, that I neglect my female characters that I have so all this week. I will draw nothing but my female characters! 
Which is going to be kind of hard, I don't have trouble drawing females it's just I can never get their personality down or their design that I have in my head when I draw them... so this will be good practice!...hopefully
